About the Project Manager Role in Lusaka
As a Project Manager at Ultimate Ingenuity, you will be responsible for converting management strategies into clear and measurable annual, quarterly, and monthly operating plans. You will coordinate a core team of seven members alongside ten Customer Engagement & Onboarding Representatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across all functions.
Your leadership will be critical in developing detailed project plans, setting milestones, defining deliverables, assigning responsibilities, and establishing timelines. Monitoring progress against approved budgets, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be a key part of your role to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities for Project Manager Jobs in Lusaka
- Lead weekly operational meetings and translate decisions into actionable tasks.
- Coordinate operational partnerships with organizations including NCC, EIZ, TEVETA, and Build It International.
- Manage formalisation referrals identified by the field team, ensuring proper assessment and progression through appropriate channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer to align Phase 2 development with business and stakeholder needs.
- Monitor user acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue performance metrics.
- Work alongside Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to convert opportunities into measurable outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through timely corrective actions.
- Support recruitment efforts, team development, and performance management initiatives.
