About the Project Engineer Role
As a Project Engineer/Site Agent with Tepo Farms, you will play a critical role in supervising and coordinating road construction activities. Your efforts will ensure that all works comply with approved designs and specifications, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site.
Key Responsibilities for Project Engineer Jobs in Lusaka
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to align with approved engineering designs and project specifications.
- Monitor progress, quality control, costs, and construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, method statements, and other engineering documentation.

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Highway Engineering from a recognized institution.
