- Supervise and provide managerial guidance to the education advisor and other direct reports, including performance management.
- Lead comprehensive project management activities such as planning, budgeting, monitoring, and ensuring timely achievement of key milestones and final outcomes.
- Advise, motivate, and support project team members to enhance their contribution to project results.
- Serve as the primary liaison between VVOB’s management, technical teams, ministry provincial and district teams, MEAL, and operations teams to coordinate all project activities.
- Identify and communicate relevant project information to a wide range of stakeholders including partners, donors, and internal teams.
- Provide technical advice and support to foster capacity development and strengthen project outcomes in collaboration with the Education Manager.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, including donor reporting and monitoring.
