Available Positions and Job Responsibilities
Production Shift Engineers (3 Positions)
As a Production Shift Engineer, you will oversee production processes during your assigned shifts, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards. You will coordinate daily operations, lead shift teams, and promptly resolve any issues affecting production.
- Monitor and control production activities to meet targets
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations
- Supervise and support production staff throughout shifts
- Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Prepare detailed shift reports and maintain accurate production records
Minimum Qualifications:
- Craft Certificate in Engineering or related field (minimum requirement)
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering is advantageous
- At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
Water Treatment Operators (2 Positions)
Water Treatment Operators will manage and maintain water treatment systems to guarantee safe, efficient water supply while complying with environmental and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain water treatment equipment
- Monitor water quality and conduct routine tests
- Keep accurate operational records
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Craft Certificate in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Experience in water treatment operations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of water treatment processes and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Welder (1 Position)
The Welder will fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment using appropriate welding techniques, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Perform welding, cutting, and metal fabrication tasks
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Inspect welded surfaces for quality assurance
- Maintain welding equipment and tools
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Craft Certificate in Welding and Fabrication
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
Fitter (1 Position)
The Fitter will assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operational performance.
- Install and maintain mechanical equipment
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Ensure correct alignment and fitting of components
- Maintain tools and workshop equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Craft Certificate in Mechanical Fitting or related field
- Experience in industrial maintenance is advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Mechanical Shift Engineer (1 Position)
The Mechanical Shift Engineer will supervise mechanical operations during shifts, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency.
- Supervise mechanical maintenance activities
- Coordinate timely repairs of equipment breakdowns
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
- Lead and mentor maintenance teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (minimum requirement)
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Strong leadership and technical expertise
Electrical Shift Engineer (1 Position)
The Electrical Shift Engineer will manage electrical systems and maintenance activities during shifts to ensure continuous plant operations.
- Oversee electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
- Monitor electrical system performance
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering (minimum requirement)
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering is an advantage
- At least 3 years’ industrial experience
- Strong electrical system knowledge and fault diagnosis skills
