About the Product Support Officer Role

Key Qualifications and Experience
- Certified Electrician with at least 2 years of practical experience, preferably within a workshop setting.

- Electrical Institute of Zambia (EIZ) certification or actively working towards obtaining it.
- Valid clean light vehicle driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Residency in Kitwe or the surrounding areas is essential.
