About the Poultry Processing Trainees Jobs in Lusaka

The Poultry Processing Skills Training Programme runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 December 2026 and is based in Lusaka, Zambia. The internship provides practical exposure to key areas such as poultry processing, food handling, quality assurance, packaging, and production operations. Trainees will work alongside seasoned professionals within a real production environment, acquiring skills essential for Zambia’s expanding agro-processing sector.

Successful completion of the training, combined with demonstrated competence, discipline, and commitment, may lead to potential employment opportunities within the Mooto Foods Processing Facility.

Training Schedule

Candidate Requirements

• Must be below 35 years of age
• Minimum educational qualification: Grade 9 Certificate
• Physically fit and willing to work in a food processing environment
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and eagerness to learn
• Availability for the entire six-month training period
