About the Plumber Role

As a plumber at Silondwa Engineering Limited, you will work under general supervision to ensure the efficient flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases. Your responsibilities will include assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures throughout the district. You will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and operational integrity of all plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities for Plumber Jobs in Ndola

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures in both commercial and residential buildings.
• Collaborate closely with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Interpret and follow building plans and blueprints accurately.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to prevent malfunctions.
• Perform light construction tasks including carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent.
