This role is focused on proactive outreach, requiring you to make 60 to 80 targeted cold calls daily to prospective B2B clients. As an Outbound Sales Phone Specialist, your mission is to initiate contact, introduce Mac Staffing Solutions’ services, and secure qualified meetings for the senior sales team. You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for building a robust sales pipeline through persistence and professionalism.

Key daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting high-volume outbound dialing to potential business clients.
• Engaging decision-makers quickly and confidently, overcoming gatekeepers within the first 10 seconds.
• Qualifying sales opportunities by asking insightful questions.
• Booking discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records in the CRM system to ensure seamless lead tracking.

• Higher education qualifications are a plus.
