Key Responsibilities for Operations Intern Jobs in Various Locations
Reporting to the Branch Head, successful interns will be responsible for:
- Promoting Bayport’s loan products effectively to potential clients
- Verifying client documentation to ensure validity and compliance
- Disbursing approved loan amounts in cash to clients
- Reconciling daily cash transactions and preparing accurate reports
- Managing customer exceptions and processing refunds as necessary
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Conducting mobile operations by working remotely to issue loans in out-of-station locations
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
