Zampalm Limited is seeking a skilled professional for oil mill welder jobs in Kanchibiya. This full-time position offers a remote work arrangement focused on maintaining and optimizing welding operations critical to our oil mill production processes.

Role Overview: Oil Mill Welder Responsibilities

As an Oil Mill Welder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of key machinery and equipment within the oil mill. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Urgently repairing all failed Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) baskets to minimize fruit contact with the floor and reduce losses.
• Reducing downtime of welding machines by performing timely inspections and maintenance to optimize performance.
• Promptly attending to breakdowns of cookers and screw presses to maintain continuous production flow.
• Rebuilding worn-out screw press shafts and repairing damaged screw press screens to extend equipment lifespan.
• Rapidly fixing hot water circulation pumps to support operational needs.
• Ensuring efficient loading times for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
• Reporting faults on welding machines promptly to facilitate quick resolution.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the welding bay to promote a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications and Experience Required for Oil Mill Welder Jobs in Kanchibiya

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:

• Possession of a Grade Twelve Certificate.
• A Craft Certificate from a recognized institution, demonstrating formal welding training.
• At least two years of practical work experience in a similar industrial or mill environment, showcasing hands-on welding expertise.
