The Nurse – Health and Wellness will play a key role in administering body-sculpting and weight-loss treatments, providing expert wellness therapies, and supporting clients on their journey to improved health. This position blends technical nursing skills with exceptional customer service and a passion for holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities for Nurse Health and Wellness Jobs in Lusaka

• Deliver tailored body treatments and wellness therapies based on client needs
• Recommend appropriate home care products and educate clients on their benefits
• Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of treatment equipment
• Conduct health screenings and consultations to assess client conditions
• Ensure treatment rooms are hygienic, clean, and sanitized at all times
• Create a calming and relaxing atmosphere to enhance client experience
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records
• Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating and addressing client needs
• Utilize technical skills in skin care, massage techniques, and holistic remedies

Candidate Requirements

• Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification
• Valid registration with the Nursing/Health Professions Council of Zambia
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Certification in first aid and CPR
• Experience in spa or wellness environments is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales aptitude to promote additional services and products
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
