About the Network Training & Animation Specialist Role
As a Network Training & Animation Specialist, you will report directly to the Retail Head and play a vital role in animating and supporting Rubis Zambia’s partner network. This full-time position involves hands-on collaboration with retail partners to ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and operational best practices across the network.
Key Responsibilities for Network Training Specialist Jobs in Lusaka
- Drive active engagement and animation of the partner network to foster collaboration and growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail locations, assessing performance and providing actionable feedback.
- Implement network engagement and marketing initiatives designed to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training and communication programmes tailored to network needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures and brand standards across all network sites.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience managing franchise, dealer, distributor, or retail networks.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly at all levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to network locations within Lusaka and beyond.
