We are seeking qualified candidates for the following roles based in Lusaka, Zambia:

• Manager – 1 position
• Cashiers – 2 positions
• General Workers – 5 positions
• Shawarma Chef – 1 position

Position Requirements and Qualifications

Manager

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field; hospitality qualifications are an advantage.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or fast-food environments.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Cashiers

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or Hospitality is advantageous.
• 1 to 2 years of cashiering experience in retail or fast-food settings.
• Excellent numerical ability, accuracy, integrity, and customer service skills.

General Workers

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or hospitality.
• Physically fit, dependable, honest, and hardworking.

Shawarma Chef

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Previous experience in shawarma preparation is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, effective communication, excellent customer service, and ability to work under pressure.
