Available Positions for Multiple Job Opportunities in Lusaka

1. Vehicle Management & Delivery Route Coordinator (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee delivery vehicles and daily transport activities.
• Plan and optimize efficient delivery routes.
• Assign deliveries to drivers ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor vehicle movements, mileage, fuel consumption, and general usage.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, deliveries, fuel, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to streamline operations.
• Track deliveries and address any delays or missed deliveries promptly.
• Prepare detailed vehicle and delivery reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet management, transport coordination, logistics, or delivery operations.
• Good knowledge of Lusaka and surrounding areas.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.

2. Customs Clearance Tracking Specialist (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track imported shipments from dispatch through customs clearance to final delivery.
• Liaise with clearing agents, transporters, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of customs clearance documentation.
• Provide regular shipment status updates to management.
• Monitor customs declarations, assessments, duties, and clearance requirements.
• Identify and resolve potential clearance delays or problems.
• Maintain accurate records of import shipments and customs documentation.
• Coordinate movement of cleared goods to company premises and ensure proper filing of documents.
• Prepare comprehensive shipment and customs clearance status reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Customs & Clearing/Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics.
• Good understanding of Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) customs procedures.
• Familiarity with ASYCUDA World, customs documentation, HS Codes, and import/export procedures is beneficial.
• Strong follow-up, communication, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

3. Sales Representatives (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products to new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, distributors, and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and outstanding sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management and support promotional activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of the Lusaka market and surrounding areas is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly for field sales activities.

4. Construction Foreman (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Assign tasks to construction workers, artisans, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure all activities comply with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate workers and contractors to maintain project schedules.
