Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Multi Skilled Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient banking operations by supporting various functional areas. Your responsibilities will span financial sales, customer engagement, compliance, and team collaboration.

• Finance: Utilize your product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets, generate leads, and grow customer portfolios through cross-selling. Focus on increasing market share and promoting cost efficiencies by migrating customers to eChannels.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly. Deliver courteous, accurate service while managing and resolving complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels. Educate clients on available eChannels tailored to their requirements.
• Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to FNB’s Golden Rules, policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Execute frontline activities with accuracy and within risk and compliance frameworks.
• People Management: Achieve competence in all key result areas, maintain accurate leave records on Oracle, and contribute positively to team objectives.

Qualifications and Application Requirements

Candidates for this position must meet the following educational standards:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 credits, including passes in English and Mathematics
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
