• Site Superintendent Manager (1 Position)
  • Grade 12 Certificate and Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ mining experience including pit planning
  • Valid Silicosis Certificate and Driver’s License
  • Fully paid-up member of EIZ
  • Strong supervisory, communication, and computer skills
  • Result-driven with leadership capabilities
• HR Officer (1 Position)
  • Grade 12 Certificate and Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fully paid-up member of ZIHRM
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with strong communication skills
• Safety Officers (2 Positions)
  • Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (OHSAS-ISO 18001)
  • Grade 12 Certificate and Valid Driver’s License
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in safety roles
  • Valid Silicosis Certificate
• Mine Captains (3 Positions)
  • Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Grade 12 Certificate, Blasting Certificate (BL), and First Aid Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and Silicosis Certificate
  • Member of EIZ with strong leadership and communication skills
• Shift Bosses (5 Positions)
  • Diploma in Mining Engineering
  • Grade 12 Certificate, Blasting Certificate (BL), and First Aid Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience and valid Silicosis Certificate
  • Member of EIZ
• Persons in Charge (PICs) (3 Positions)
  • Diploma in Mining Engineering

Technical and Operator Positions for Mining Jobs in Nchanga Open Pit Zambia

• ADT Operators (10 Positions)
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • 5 years’ experience in open-pit mining preferred
  • Valid Silicosis Certificate; literate
• Tipper Truck Operators (10 Positions)
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • 5 years’ experience, preferably in open-pit mining
  • Valid Driver’s License (Class C and above) and Silicosis Certificate
• Grader Operators (4 Positions)

• Maintenance Foremen (6 Positions)
  • Advanced Technician or equivalent qualification
