Health, Safety & Environmental Officer (2+ Years)

We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Environmental Officer to manage and oversee safety programs within our mining operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Mining Engineering, or a related mining qualification.
• Membership with recognized Zambian professional bodies such as the Zambia Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (ZIOHS) or Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in incident reporting and analysis.

Mining Manager (5+ Years)

We seek a dynamic, safety-focused Mining Manager to lead daily mining operations, ensuring production targets are met while adhering strictly to environmental and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily mining activities including extraction, production scheduling, and drill and blast design.
• Ensure compliance with Zambian mining legislation and maintain a zero-harm safety culture.
• Coordinate operating and capital budgets and support Life of Mine planning.
• Lead and develop engineering, geology, and site operations teams to optimize workforce efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Valid Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency or relevant local blasting/competency license.

Production Manager (5+ Years)

The Production Manager will oversee gold mine production, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective ore extraction and processing, while leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in gold mining operations, including 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of open-pit and underground mining methods and modern gold extraction processes.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• In-depth understanding of local mining and environmental regulations.

Sign Writer / Painter

We are looking for a skilled and creative Sign Writer / Painter with a keen eye for design and a passion for producing high-quality finishes on interior and exterior surfaces.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in sign writing, painting, or graphic arts.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work at heights on ladders or scaffolding, and handle heavy equipment.
