Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation (MEF) is a faith-based, non-denominational Pan-African centre for study, worship, and reflection located in Mindolo, Kitwe District. MEUco, an upcoming university college under MEF, is committed to fostering an inclusive academic environment and is seeking a competent Registrar/Human Resource Officer to join its leadership team.

Key Responsibilities for MEUco Registrar HR Jobs in Kitwe

The appointed Registrar/Human Resource Officer will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the university’s human resource functions and administrative operations.
  • Coordinating recruitment, appointments, promotions, and staff performance management.
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records and ensuring compliance with labour laws and institutional policies.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to College Management.
  • Managing student admissions, registration, and academic record maintenance.
  • Preparing reports and official correspondence related to administrative and HR matters.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to institutional policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Candidates applying for this role must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) O-Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Have at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Be aged between 35 and 45 years.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Be computer literate and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
