About the Metal Fabricator Role

As a Fabricator at Falane Solutions Limited, you will report directly to the Workshop Supervisor or Production Manager. Key Responsibilities of the Metal Fabricator

• Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and fabrication specifications accurately.

• Perform welding using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures including frames, gates, doors, and brackets.
• Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely, including grinders, drills, and cutting machines.
• Ensure all fabricated products meet specified measurements and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections before, during, and after fabrication processes.
• Repair, modify, and maintain fabricated components as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Care for and maintain workshop tools, machinery, and equipment properly.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Minimize material wastage and promote efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, welders, and other workshop personnel.
• Complete assigned fabrication tasks within designated timeframes.
• Report any equipment damage, material shortages, safety concerns, or production issues promptly to supervisors.

Candidate Requirements for Metal Fabricator Jobs in Mwembeshi
