About the Role

As a Marketing Officer at EcoHive Energy Systems, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and generating qualified leads to support our sales efforts. You will plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google. Additionally, you will create engaging multimedia content, coordinate product launches and promotional events, and monitor campaign effectiveness to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media and online channels.
• Generate qualified sales leads to support the sales team’s objectives.
• Design marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Create compelling graphics, videos, and written content to engage target audiences.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and events to maximize market impact.
• Track and analyze campaign performance; prepare detailed marketing reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners and key stakeholders.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and referral campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in digital marketing or brand management.
• Proficient knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing platforms.
• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Photography and videography skills are an advantage.
• Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
