About the Marketing Manager Role in Kitwe

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and increase sales through diverse media channels and digital platforms. You will oversee marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing activities across platforms including TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, and company websites.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, monitor competitors, and identify trending events.
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to guide decision-making.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Engage and coordinate with influencers, media houses, and marketing agencies to amplify brand presence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
