About the Loan Officer Role

As a Loan Officer at Benart Solutions Limited, you will play a pivotal role in growing our lending portfolio by marketing and selling our loan products, particularly targeting Government Payroll (GRZ) loans. This position requires a young, energetic individual with a strong sales orientation and excellent customer service skills who can build and maintain relationships with government institutions and employers.

Key Responsibilities for Loan Officer Jobs in Lusaka

• Promote and sell Benart’s loan products to prospective customers.
• Identify and recruit new clients to expand the customer base.
• Process and evaluate loan applications efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government institutions and employers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor loan repayments and ensure portfolio quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in a business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in loan sales or lending, preferably with Government Payroll loans.
• Proven sales and customer service skills with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in computer use and relevant software.
• Honest, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Existing contacts within government institutions will be an advantage.
