Role Overview: Key Stage 1 Teacher Jobs in Lusaka

This full-time, contract-based position will commence on January 1, 2027, with a negotiable start date for exceptional candidates. We are searching for an exceptional Key Stage 1 classroom practitioner who will lead and inspire early learners while supporting the broader school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching in literacy, reading, phonics, and numeracy to lay a strong foundation for early learning.
• Inspire a love of learning and foster every child’s potential for success.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support student development.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Registered teacher status in your country of origin.
• Proven experience teaching in a lower primary setting.
• Experience with Cambridge Primary curriculum is desirable but not mandatory.
