About the Role: Key Account Manager Jobs in Lusaka & Copperbelt
As a Key Account Manager at Bridging Gap Solution, you will be instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams such as Customer Service and Product Development to enhance the overall customer experience, respond effectively to client inquiries, and uncover new business opportunities. You will be responsible for preparing detailed sales reports and contributing to strategic sales initiatives that support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing account potential and initiating sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel and internal teams to understand and meet client needs.
- Lead the sales process by qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Collaborate with product engineering to create new applications and tailor solutions that address customer requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts by addressing objections and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor products and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Continuously update professional knowledge through educational opportunities and industry networking.
- Demonstrate ownership and initiative by exploring opportunities to add value and exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels including executive and C-suite.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot, along with advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
