As an IT Presales Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team by effectively communicating product features and value propositions to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities of the IT Presales Executive

• Engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges, objectives, and IT requirements.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations highlighting features and benefits.
• Serve as the primary contact for presales inquiries, addressing concerns and providing relevant technical information.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions aligned with client goals.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and documentation detailing solutions, pricing, and implementation timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the presales process to ensure client understanding of product capabilities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
• Work alongside the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support sales meetings by preparing materials, presentations, and organizing demonstrations.
• Track and report presales activities, including lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Continuously develop technical and sales skills through training and professional growth initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support VIZTRANIX’s business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required for IT Presales Executive Jobs in Lusaka

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience or knowledge in sales, presales, or technical roles, preferably within the technology or IT sectors.
• Strong grasp of sales and IT principles with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients effectively.
• Technical aptitude to translate complex concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Capacity to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Resilience and effectiveness under pressure with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are advantageous.
• A valid driving license is required.
