Key Responsibilities for Inventory and Supply Chain Assistant Jobs in Lusaka

• Manage supplier relationships and accurately input procurement requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Support merchandising efforts by assisting with product displays to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain precise records of stock movements to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• A diploma in purchasing and supply or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 12 months progressive experience in inventory or supply chain roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
