Role Overview for ICT Officer Jobs in Lusaka

This full-time, on-site contract position requires an ICT Officer to manage and maintain the company’s IT systems and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, and ensure seamless IT operations. Additionally, the ICT Officer will participate in system upgrades and optimize IT functionalities to maintain secure and efficient technological workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide timely technical support and resolve IT-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
