• Serve as a trusted HR partner for both employees and management teams.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and contribute to workplace culture development.
• Ensure full compliance with Zambian labour regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
• Support audit processes, compliance monitoring, and mitigate any risks of penalties or non-compliance.
• Monitor HR-related budgets and support cost optimization efforts.
• Assist with HR reporting, workforce metrics, and operational analyses.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR operations and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Lead initiatives for HR process digitization and automation, supporting modern HR systems and workflows.
• Enhance operational efficiency through technology and streamlined HR practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR compliance standards.
• Experience in workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems/tools.
