Key Responsibilities

- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal regulations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ZIHRM membership or equivalent is advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years of practical HR experience within corporate or organizational settings.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
