As a Human Resource Consultant, you will partner with clients across various industries to design and implement effective HR strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, training, organizational development, HR advisory, and business process outsourcing (BPO). You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with labour laws and alignment with industry standards and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job description development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• HR Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labour law compliance, performance management, and policy development.
• Training and Capacity Building: Assess training needs, develop learning materials, facilitate workshops, and evaluate training outcomes.
• Business Process Outsourcing: Oversee outsourced HR functions such as payroll coordination and employee administration, ensuring service level compliance.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client partnerships, conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Business Development: Support marketing efforts, contribute to proposal writing, network with potential clients, and assist in developing new consulting services.
• Project Management: Plan and deliver consulting projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Compliance and Research: Stay updated on employment legislation, conduct market research, and ensure adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Administration is advantageous.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or HRCI is desirable.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management or consulting, with proven expertise in recruitment, training, and advisory services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and consulting projects effectively.

• Expertise in HR best practices, recruitment methods, performance management, and organizational development.
