HR & Admin Assistant Opportunity in Kitwe

Key Responsibilities in HR & Administration
The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments such as sales, logistics, after-sales, procurement, and heavy equipment operations. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding and induction procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Monitoring attendance, processing leave applications, tracking overtime, and preparing monthly attendance summaries.
- Assisting with payroll data preparation and liaising with the Finance Department to ensure timely salary processing.
- Administering employee benefits, including NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, allowances, and supporting staff welfare initiatives.
- Responding to HR-related inquiries and fostering positive employee relations.
- Updating HR documentation and compiling monthly HR reports for management review.
On the administrative side, the assistant will manage office supplies, maintain facilities, and coordinate company meetings and client receptions. Additional duties include:
- Organizing business travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation for staff and visitors.
- Overseeing office equipment maintenance and liaising with external service providers to support cost control.
- Providing general administrative support and executing other tasks as assigned by management.
Specialized Duties and Support Functions
The role also involves supporting international operations by managing overseas partner information and assisting with visa and work permit applications for foreign employees. Additionally, the HR & Admin Assistant will facilitate new employee orientation, product training, and preparation of relevant training materials.
