Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

Accountant (1 Position)

• Prepare accurate financial reports and maintain comprehensive accounting records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
• Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks regularly
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial control
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory obligations
• Support management with financial planning and strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA are advantageous
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong integrity, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail

Chef (1 Position)

• Prepare high-quality meals adhering to lodge standards
• Plan menus and oversee food presentation to ensure excellence
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment
• Monitor food inventory and manage kitchen supplies effectively
• Comply with all food safety regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or related field
• Demonstrated experience as a professional Chef
• Strong leadership and kitchen management capabilities
• Creative approach and passion for food preparation

Bartender (1 Position)

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
• Monitor beverage stock levels and report shortages promptly
• Practice responsible beverage service at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in bartending or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Energetic, honest, and well-presented personality
• Knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation is an advantage

Waiters/Waitresses (2 Positions)

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional manner
• Accurately take food and drink orders
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart appearance and positive attitude essential
