Key Responsibilities for Home Appliances Repair Technician Jobs in Lusaka

• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on appliances including microwaves, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, electric ovens, cookers, air conditioners, water dispensers, vacuum cleaners, and other household electrical devices.
• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing to prolong appliance lifespan and reliability.
• Install and commission electrical appliances as required by clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Test qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration, Appliance Repair, or a related technical field.

• Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high integrity and reliability.
