Heavy Duty Mechanic Role – Expertise with FOTON, SHACMAN, and SINO HOWO Trucks
We are looking for a qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic with proven experience servicing heavy-duty diesel trucks, specifically FOTON, SHACMAN, and SINO HOWO models. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our fleet’s reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot engine and mechanical faults accurately
- Perform engine overhauls and fit components to manufacturer specifications
- Repair or replace defective parts efficiently to minimize downtime
- Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble engines ensuring quality standards
- Provide precise repair timeframes and cost estimates
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop environment
- Keep detailed service and repair documentation for all vehicles
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Craft Certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working with SHACMAN, SINO HOWO, and FOTON trucks
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory
Warehouse Specialist – Spare Parts Inventory Management
Soonjust Logistics also seeks a Warehouse Specialist experienced in managing spare parts inventory for heavy-duty trucks and logistics operations. This role supports operational continuity by ensuring efficient parts availability and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts accurately
- Maintain up-to-date stock records and conduct regular inventory counts
- Ensure proper storage conditions and handling procedures for parts
- Coordinate closely with procurement and workshop teams to meet demand
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reorder processes
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and maintain all documentation
- Adhere to warehouse safety standards and protocols
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or spare parts inventory management
- Experience in automotive or truck spare parts is preferred
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
