Position Overview: Head Teacher Role

As the Head Teacher, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all academic programs to ensure they meet high standards of quality. You will also oversee the administrative operations of the school to guarantee smooth daily functioning. A key part of your role will involve regularly monitoring and evaluating academic delivery, interpreting educational policies accurately, and managing staff and resources effectively to achieve the school’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities for Head Teacher Jobs in Lusaka

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Minimum Grade 12 (University entrant) and a first degree in Education.
• Experience: At least two years of teaching experience, including time served as a deputy head teacher.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and excellent oral communication abilities.
• Numerical Skills: Basic numerical and computation skills.
• Other Attributes: Demonstrated managerial skills, creativity, initiative, integrity, and a self-driven attitude.
