Key Responsibilities for Head Finance Jobs in Lusaka

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with institutional goals.
Provide accurate financial forecasts, budgeting, and reporting to management.
Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitoring expenditures to ensure fiscal discipline.

Qualifications and Experience

Professional qualification such as CA Zambia, ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA.
Mandatory membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).

Essential Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills:

Financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
Knowledge of tax compliance and financial regulations.
Proficiency with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Pastel.
Strong skills in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
