Role Overview: Graphics Designer & Printing Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality artwork for both print and digital platforms. This role requires proficiency in CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software. You will also operate advanced printing equipment, including PVC ID Card Printers and Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printers, to deliver branded materials that meet our clients’ exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create compelling artwork for print and digital media using CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools.
Operate and maintain PVC ID Card Printers, including models such as Evolis, Entrust, Zebra, and Fargo.
Manage DTF printing processes for garment branding applications.
Design and produce PVC ID cards, access cards, visitor cards, membership cards, and other branded materials.
Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure all outputs meet high-quality production standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with customers to understand their design concepts and branding needs.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all printing jobs in accordance with agreed deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design, ICT, Printing Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in graphic design and digital printing environments.
Mandatory proficiency in CorelDRAW.
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design software.
Experience operating PVC Card Printers is highly advantageous.
Experience with DTF Printers is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of colour management and print production workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
