Key Responsibilities for Graphic Designer Jobs in Lusaka

• Design high-quality artwork for both print and digital platforms, including logos, business cards, flyers, banners, brochures, signage, and social media graphics.
• Prepare and ensure artwork files are print-ready, adhering to quality standards.
• Operate and maintain large-format printing machines, digital printers, plotters, laminators, cutting machines, and other printing equipment.
• Print and finish branding materials according to customer specifications, ensuring colour accuracy and print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing equipment to prevent production delays.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design needs and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Hands-on experience operating large-format printing machines and digital printing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of printing materials, finishing processes, and colour management techniques.
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining reliability and professionalism.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
• Previous experience in a printing and branding company is an advantage.
