Based at Spectrum Credit Limited’s Head Office in Lusaka, this internship programme offers a comprehensive rotational experience. Trainees will gain exposure to critical business areas through clearly defined assignments with measurable targets, closely monitored by both HR and departmental supervisors.

Sales & Customer Service: Client onboarding, account management, credit structuring, and customer support across three core financial products.
Credit Department: Loan processing, documentation, and credit risk assessment.
Collections Department: Managing recovery procedures and customer accounts.
Operations and Product Innovation: Business operations, process improvement, and new product development.
