Key Responsibilities

• Compile reports for entry and exit conferences of audit projects.
• Assist in developing audit objectives, scopes, and plans aligned with the Internal Audit Charter and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed audit programs tailored to each assignment, ensuring thorough coverage and effective techniques.
• Execute audit projects by identifying issues, analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes.
• Conduct interviews, review documentation, administer surveys, and prepare supporting working papers.
• Identify and document audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare clear, concise reports for management distribution.
• Maintain professional relationships with audit staff and location personnel.
• Engage in professional development through training and association memberships, sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in an ICT-related field, relevant engineering, business, or a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CA Zambia.
• No prior work experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity.
