As a Graduate Data Analyst Officer, you will engage in comprehensive data analytics activities and collaborate closely with Audit & Risk management and staff across various business units. Your work will contribute to the development and execution of annual data analytics plans, employing a risk-based approach to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities for Graduate Data Analyst Officer Jobs in Zambia

• Prepare detailed reports for Entry and Exit Conferences related to audit assignments.
• Support the formulation of assignment objectives, plans, and scope in alignment with the Internal Audit Charter and risk assessments.
• Assist in designing tailored assignment programs to ensure thorough testing and effective data analysis techniques.
• Execute data analysis projects by identifying issues, developing scripts, reviewing datasets, and documenting client processes.
• Conduct interviews, review documentation, administer surveys, and compile summary memos and working papers.
• Identify and document issues and recommendations for further investigation.
• Prepare concise and accurate written reports for management distribution.
• Maintain productive working relationships with personnel across locations.
• Pursue continuous professional development through training and association memberships, sharing insights with colleagues.
• Perform administrative tasks as delegated by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in ICT or a business-related field.
• A certificate in Data Analytics is considered an advantage.
• No prior work experience is required, making this position ideal for recent graduates.
