Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Mining Engineering
- Geo-science related disciplines
- Geo-metallurgy
- Environmental Sciences
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Environmental or Civil Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Industrial Engineering, Law, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Economics
- Safety Engineering
- Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Social Sciences
No prior professional experience is required, although internships or practical experience in mining operations are advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, effective teamwork, good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and artificial intelligence tools.
