Key Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Lusaka
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in front desk or customer service roles within a reputable hospitality company (mandatory).
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field in the hotel/hospitality industry (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
