About the Role: Foot Soldiers Jobs in Lusaka

As a Foot Soldier, you will play a vital role in expanding our market reach through direct sales and customer engagement. This temporary position requires proactive fieldwork and excellent interpersonal skills to promote our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door and field sales activities within assigned territories.
• Identify and recruit new customers, generating fresh sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell company products to retailers and consumers.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and retail partners.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.
• Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to management.
• Adhere strictly to company sales procedures and policies.
• Account for all company stock and materials issued during assignments.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, hardworking, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or fieldwork is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work across different locations within assigned areas.
• Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and commitment to responsibilities.
