We are currently seeking a Specialist in Fitness, Wellness, and Gym to provide essential operational and administrative support for wellness initiatives across our Solwezi and Kalumbila sites. This full-time position offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to employee health by coordinating programs and supporting a multidisciplinary wellness team.

Key Responsibilities for Fitness Wellness Specialist Jobs in Kalumbila

• Assist in planning and coordinating fitness and wellness programs aligned with company objectives.
• Manage scheduling, resources, and logistics for gym classes and wellness sessions across multiple sites.
• Oversee gym equipment inventory, maintenance, and ensure facility safety standards.
• Develop personalized fitness plans for high-risk individuals and facilitate client referrals.
• Collaborate with Nutritionists, Occupational Health, Physiotherapists, and other wellness professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Coordinate employee weight management programs, monitor progress, and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage wellness incentive prize inventories and ensure equitable distribution.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on program participation and effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records to comply with audit and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate is required.
• Personal Training qualification (mandatory).
• Degree in Sports Science or related field preferred.
• Experience in wellness program implementation or health-related facility management.
• Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or rehabilitation environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Qualifications validated by ZAQA (Zambia Qualifications Authority).
