About the Financial Manager Role

As the Financial Manager, you will oversee critical financial functions including budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting. You will enforce strong internal controls and uphold corporate governance standards, playing a pivotal role in resource mobilization and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities for Financial Manager Jobs in Lusaka

• Strategic Financial Management: Lead the planning and execution of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting to support the company’s growth objectives.

• Full ACCA, ZICA, Bachelor of Accountancy, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Registered Member of ZICA is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management, with preference given to candidates with expertise in the insurance sector.
