As a Financial Consultant at Spectrum Credit Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving financing initiatives by identifying, assessing, and managing loans with a focus on quality portfolio growth and minimizing default risks. This position requires a results-driven professional who can effectively balance business expansion with sound credit risk management while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities for Financial Consultant Jobs in Kitwe

• Manage onboarding of new clients for the Nkwazi Product through the official digital onboarding platform.
• Provide timely and professional customer service, addressing clients’ financial needs effectively.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by offering consistent support and service excellence.
• Maintain high ethical standards by demonstrating integrity, reliability, and respect in all client interactions.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance using key performance indicators such as Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and disbursement targets.
• Engage existing high-quality clients for refinancing to ensure portfolio stability and growth.
• Identify and onboard new high-potential loan clients monthly to expand the portfolio.
• Manage USSD inquiries, converting leads into active loan applicants efficiently.
• Ensure all lending activities comply with company policies, local financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least one year of experience in lending, microfinance, banking, or similar industries is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate eagerness to learn and adaptability.
• Strong client engagement skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Competence in assessing borrower risk and maintaining portfolio quality.
