Key Requirements for Finance Manager Jobs in Zambia

Professional qualifications: ACCA, ZICA, CIMA, or a Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Experience: Minimum of five years in a senior finance position
Technical skills: Proficiency with accounting software platforms, preferably Sage 300
Computer literacy: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
Membership: Current membership with ZICA is mandatory
Professionalism: High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards
