Key Requirements for Finance Manager Jobs in Zambia

  • Professional qualifications: ACCA, ZICA, CIMA, or a Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in a senior finance position
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with accounting software platforms, preferably Sage 300
  • Computer literacy: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
  • Membership: Current membership with ZICA is mandatory
  • Professionalism: High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards
