About the Role: Finance Manager Jobs in Kitwe

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This full-time position offers a competitive gross salary of ZMW 33,000 per month, along with a personal-to-holder vehicle and additional attractive benefits. The successful candidate will be expected to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s finance function and financial operations effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cash book and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements promptly.
• Monitor cash flow and implement robust internal financial controls.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reporting systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CA, or a related discipline.
• Membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) is required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant finance management experience; additional experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software applications.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
