Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective administrative systems, procedures, and policies to enhance operational workflows.

- Manage inventory procurement, monitor stock levels, and prepare regular inventory reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain seamless operations.
- Provide strategic financial and administrative guidance to senior management to support business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of two years’ proven experience in finance and administration roles.
- Proficiency in Odoo software is essential for this position.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
